For the wine lovers, this is a personalized wine bottle stopper. The personalized aspect is a tag that attaches to the item.
Customer Service: No issues with customer service as this was ordered online.
Speed of Delivery: No issues with customer service.
Quality of Product: The quality of this product was frankly higher than we expected. It is a solid piece.
Unusual Surprises: The stopper is sharp! The end is sharp, if necessary would make a nice weapon.
Packaging: No issue with packaging.
Value: No problem with value here. Good product for the money spent.

Our bride wanted water bottle labels, and we found Doing Personal Favors for the job.
Customer Service: The customer service was top notch. Linda was very nice to work with and made sure we received the design we wanted.
Speed of Delivery: Very good from production to receipt.
Quality of Product: These are very nice labels, and apply great to water bottles.
Unusual Surprises: So customer oriented, yet no chat button or 1-800 #. Personally we are ok without a 1-800 number as most people have free long distance, and I imagine this keeps their costs down.
Packaging: Packing did not come into play with this.
Value: This came out at .50 each. So the value was great.

These are simply great cookies with great customer service.
Customer Service: Our bride went back and forth with the vendor on multiple occasions with their design. The Cookie Bandit could not have been more accommodating. Their love of their business is obvious.
Speed of Delivery: For a product that needed to be baked, packaged and shipped, they were surprisingly fast.
Quality of Product: Taste and quality is excellent.
Unusual Surprises: We felt like we were their only customer. That was nice.
Packaging: They give you a variety of choices, we selected cellophane wrap with a ribbon and it was wonderful.
Value: Excellent Value

OK, we just kind of liked these. Personalized pens from Daisy Days. The pens allow 4 lines of text, and a multitude of fonts. You click the pen and it goes to the next line of the text. Pretty cool.
Customer Service: No problem with customer service as the website is fairly easy to navigate. they do have a live chat and a 1-866 number.
Speed of Delivery: We ordered far enough in advance that speed was not an issue. but for $19.95, they will rush your order.
Quality of Product: It works well, clicks nicely and writes fairly nicely. It will not be confused with your favorite pen, but it is a wedding favor.
Unusual Surprises: This product only seems to come in one color.
Packaging: No issues here.
Value: Price per unit for 100 – 299 is $1.99. so maybe a little high, but 4 lines of text make it more than just a pen.
This is a great little product, it gets a 5 out of 6. The value is the only thing that lowered it a tad. Don’t let that stop you from purchasing this wedding favor.

Customer Service: Customer service was a little on the poor side, we got the idea that this item is a low enough profit item, they really did not want to deal with us. Average 2 day response on emails. We could not figure out how to specify color, message and image.
Speed of Delivery: No problem here, 6 days after delivery
Quality of Product: Yikes, although they are inexpensive, the ink rubs off when you handle them. Definitely a one time use, be careful here.
Unusual Surprises: We did have tie them ourselves, which I guess should have been expected.
Packaging: No problem with the packaging.
Value: It is an inexpensive item, and is sold that way. I would expect the ink not to rub off however.
We scored this a 3 out of 6. The price actually helped the score, the slowness of email response hurt.
